România ar putea primi circa 2,3 milioane de doze de vaccin Johnson & Johnson, care se administrează cu o singură doză, în al doilea trimestru din acest an, pe baza calendarului de livrări anunțat de reprezentanții companiei. 

Joi, vaccinul împotriva Covid-19 dezvoltat de grupul american Johnson & Johnson, prin filiala sa europeană Janssen, a primit autorizație condiționată de punere pe piața UE, fiind al patrulea vaccin autorizat în cadrul blocului comunitar.

După autorizarea vaccinului în UE, directorul medical al Johnson & Johnson, dr. Paul Stoffels, a transmis precizări despre calendarul de livrare estimat în prezent.

Astfel, primele livrări de vaccinuri J&J către statele din UE sunt programate la începutul lunii aprilie, iar pentru trimestrul al doilea, grupul estimează livrarea a 55 de milioane de doze.

România are dreptul la 4,3% din dozele de vaccin comntractate de către Comisia Europeană, astfel că ar putea primi în jur de 2,3 milioane de doze de vaccin J&J în perioada aprilie-iunie.

Pentru a respecta calendarul de livrări, Johnson & Johnson intenționează să majoreze semnificativ capacitatea de producție a fabbricii pe care o deține la Leiden, în Olanda.

La nivel mondial, Johnson & Johnson intenționează să producă 1 miliard de doze de vacin până la finalul acestui an, urmând ca anul viitor capacitatea de producție să depășească 2 miliarde de doze.

Primarul municipiului Constanța, Vergil Chițac, a convocat astăzi Comitetul Local pentru Situații de Urgență (C.L.S.U.), pentru a stabili măsurile ce trebuie aplicate în municipiul Constanța pentru prevenirea și combaterea efectelor pandemiei de COVID-19.

Pentru că în municipiul Constanța limita de incidență cumulată a cazurilor, în ultimile 14 zile, este mai mare de 1,5 și mai mică de 3/1000 de locuitori, au fost dispuse următoarele măsuri:

1) obligativitatea purtării măștii de protecție, astfel încât să acopere nasul și gura, pentru toate persoanele care au împlinit vârsta de 5 ani, în toate spațiile publice deschise. Este permisă înlăturarea acesteia pentru perioade scurte de timp în vederea fumatului, consumului de produse alimentare sau băuturi în afara teraselor, cât și pentru desfășurarea activităților sportive individuale sau altor asemenea activități, doar dacă persoanele sunt în afara zonelor de trafic pietonal și la minim 2 metri față de alte persoane;

2) organizarea şi desfăşurarea activităţii cinematografelor, instituţiilor de spectacole şi/sau concerte este permisă, cu participarea publicului până la 30% din capacitatea maximă a spaţiului;

3) activitatea cu publicul a operatorilor economici care desfăşoară activităţi de preparare, comercializare şi consum al produselor alimentare şi/sau băuturilor alcoolice şi nealcoolice, de tipul restaurantelor şi cafenelelor, în interiorul clădirilor, este permisă fără a depăşi 30% din capacitatea maximă a spaţiului şi în intervalul orar 06:00-23:00;

4) activitatea restaurantelor şi a cafenelelor din interiorul hotelurilor, pensiunilor sau altor unităţi de cazare, este permisă fără a depăşi 30% din capacitatea maximă a spaţiului şi în intervalul orar 06:00-23:00.

5) în situaţia în care activitatea operatorilor economici prevăzuţi la pct. 3 şi 4 este restricţionată sau închisă, se permite prepararea hranei şi comercializarea produselor alimentare şi băuturilor alcoolice şi nealcoolice care nu se consumă în spaţiile respective;

6) activitatea cu publicul a operatorilor economici licenţiaţi în domeniul jocurilor de noroc este permisă fără a depăşi 30% din capacitatea maximă a spaţiului;

7) interdicţia de circulaţie, în interiorul localităţilor, pentru persoanele aflate în grupuri pietonale mai mari de 6 persoane care nu aparţin aceleiaşi familii, precum şi formarea unor asemenea grupuri.

8) Se suspendă activitatea târgurilor, bâlciurilor și talciocurilor, definite potrivit art. 7 alin. (1) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 348/2004 privind exercitarea comerțului cu produse și servicii de piață în unele zone publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, în condițiile art. 5 alin. (3) lit. f) din Legea nr. 55/2020, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.

Românii pot investi în titlurile de stat Tezaur și în luna ianuarie 2021

Ministerul Finanțelor Publice emite, începând cu 4 ianuarie 2021, noi titluri de stat în cadrul Programului Tezaur, cu maturități de 1, 3 și 5 ani, şi dobânzi de 3,25%, 3,5% și 3,75%.

Titlurile de stat pot fi cumpărate:

  • între 4-27 ianuarie, de la unitățile Trezoreriei Statului;
  • între 4-25  ianuarie, prin Compania Națională Poșta Română pentru mediul rural și 4-26 ianuarie pentru mediul urban prin Compania Națională Poșta Română.

Titlurile de stat sunt în forma dematerializată şi au valoare nominală de 1 leu. Dobânda este plătită la termenele prevăzute în prospectul de emisiune. De asemenea, titlurile de stat emise în cadrul Programului Tezaur sunt transferabile și se pot răscumpăra în avans. Un investitor poate efectua una sau mai multe subscrieri în cadrul unei emisiuni.

Sunt eligibile persoanele fizice care au împlinit vârsta de 18 ani la data efectuării subscrierii. A fost eliminată plafonarea sumelor care pot fi investite de persoanele fizice în cadrul acestor emisiuni. Veniturile/câștigurile aferente investiţiei sunt neimpozabile.

Investitorii au posibilitatea anulării subscrierilor deja efectuate prin depunerea unei cereri doar în perioada de subscriere.

În cazul decesului, dreptul de proprietate asupra titlurilor de stat se transferă moștenitorilor, care prezintă documentele legale ce le atestă calitatea.

Fondurile obținute de Ministerul Finanțelor Publice în calitate de emitent, ca urmare a emisiunii de titluri de stat, vor fi utilizate pentru finanțarea deficitului bugetar și refinanțarea datoriei publice.

Sfântul Ştefan era un bun cunoscător al Vechiului Testament, precum şi al învăţăturilor lui Iisus Hristos. El a fost judecat de Sinedriu pentru blasfemie la adresa lui Moise şi a lui Dumnezeu. Sfântul Ştefan a fost scos afară din cetate şi omorât cu pietre, devenind astfel primul martir creştin. În timp ce era ucis, el a cerut iertare pentru cei care îl omorau. Potrivit tradiţiei, trupul său a fost înmormântat într-o peşteră de Gamaliel.

Potrivit tradiţiei, persoanele cu probleme de sănătate trebuie să aducă în casă, în ziua Sfântului Ştefan, o icoană a acestuia. De altfel, se consideră că icoana Sfântului Ştefan este bine să fie dăruită pentru sporul casei şi pentru sănătate, iar persoanele care sunt certate să se împace.
